Terms of Service (ToS)
These general terms govern the use of AIO Thérapeutique tools and the contractual relationship between the Vendor and the Client.
1. Definitions
Vendor: MONSIEUR TONY LATREE. Client: Any individual or legal entity subscribing to AIO Thérapeutique services. Service: The MCP tools (Tarot AIO, Brain AIO) distributed via MCP connector for Claude (Desktop, mobile and browser).
2. Purpose
This contract defines the conditions under which the Vendor makes AIO Thérapeutique tools available to the Client, accessible via Claude through a personalized connector URL.
3. Access to the Service
After payment, the Client receives a personalized connector URL available in their dashboard. It is added in Claude settings (Desktop, mobile or browser) → Connectors → Add. Access to the tools is conditional on a valid licence and compliance with call quotas.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in euros including tax. Payment is made via monthly subscription through Stripe. Any started month is due. Call quotas are reset each calendar month.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For consumer clients (B2C), a 14-day right of withdrawal applies, unless the Client has expressly requested immediate access to the digital service. For professionals (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
6. Liability
AIO tools are therapeutic thinking aids. The Vendor cannot be held liable for the consequences of therapeutic decisions made by the Client. The practitioner remains solely responsible for their professional practice.
7. Personal Data
The Vendor is committed to complying with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Data collected is limited to what is necessary for subscription and licence management.
8. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The licence key is deactivated at the end of this period.
